1. Shipping Details
1.1 Supported Shipping Zones
We offer global shipping to all countries and regions. Please note that some remote areas may require additional verification of delivery feasibility—if your location is restricted, we will notify you via email (violet04101@yahoo.com) within 2 business days of your order placement.
1.2 Shipping Costs
We provide Free Shipping for all orders worldwide, but if the order amount is less than $20, we will charge you a delivery fee of no less than $15. There are no hidden fees for shipping; the total price displayed at checkout is the final amount you need to pay.
1.3 Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing: After you complete payment, we will process your order within 1–2 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping Commitment: We guarantee to ship all orders within 7 business days of successful payment.

Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders will be delivered within 10 days (calculated from the shipping date). Delivery times may be extended by 3–5 days for remote areas, customs clearance delays (for international orders), or peak seasons (e.g., holidays, sales events)—we will keep you updated if such delays occur.
2. Returns, Exchanges, Damages & Lost Packages
2.1 Return & Exchange Eligibility
All return/exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
2.1.1 Eligible for Free Return/Exchange (No Shipping Cost for You)
If the product has a quality issue (e.g., manufacturing defect, wrong item sent, damaged parts) confirmed by our customer service team, we will cover all return shipping costs and process either:

A full refund to your original payment method;

A free exchange for the same product (if in stock).
2.1.2 Return/Exchange with Customer-Borne Shipping Cost
If you wish to return/exchange a product without a quality issue (e.g., change of mind, incorrect size selection), you must bear the return shipping cost. We will process your request only after we receive and inspect the returned product (it must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition).
2.2 Damages & Lost Packages Before Delivery

Damaged in Transit: If the package is damaged when delivered (confirmed by photos you provide), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a free reshipment or issue a full refund.

Lost Packages: If the tracking information shows the package is lost (no delivery update for 15 days after shipping), we will verify with the carrier and provide either a free reshipment or a full refund—no additional cost to you.
2.3 How to Request a Return/Exchange
